Night Sailing is the best.
I love night sailing. It really gives you a sense of being one with your boat. I knew John was going to love it, but Joan! I couldn't get her off her first watch. It's important to get your rest when you're doing shifts. Especially since we'll be on the water for over 24 hours. I'm not taking any pictures because it takes a long time for your eyes to adjust back to the darkness after being blasted by a flash. We're doing four hour shifts. Carol and John took the first shift at 1800 hrs. Then Joan and I took over at 2200 hrs. We're now on our second watch and the sun is just rising, John made us coffee before he climbed into his bunk. It just doesn't get better than this.
